E-Sign Consent

Version 2.0 · Last updated October 7, 2026

We have included annotations in italics to highlight certain portions of this E-Sign Consent. They are not summaries, so please read the full Consent.

This E-Sign Consent (the “Consent”) explains how Onramp Bitcoin LLC and its affiliates with an “Onramp” name or brand (collectively, “Onramp”) communicate with Client electronically and use electronic signatures. The Onramp Terms of Service (available here) (the “Terms of Service”) govern Client’s use of the Services, and this Consent is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this Consent have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service. Onramp may modify this Consent by posting a revised version on onrampbitcoin.com. If a change affects Client’s ability to access or retain Electronic Records, Onramp will notify Client as described below.

Onramp, and third-party service providers acting on Onramp’s behalf, may need to provide Client with communications, notices, agreements, statements and disclosures that the law requires to be provided in writing (“Communications”). By agreeing to this Consent, Client confirms that Client can access and retain Communications electronically, and consents to receive them electronically rather than on paper and to the use of electronic signatures and records in Client’s relationship with Onramp.

Client gives this Consent by affirmatively accepting it when opening an Account or when Onramp otherwise requests it. Except as described below for Tax Documents, Client’s use of the Services is conditioned on this Consent.

This Consent applies to Communications related to any Service provided by Onramp directly or through the Platform, website, mobile application or other interface operated on Onramp’s behalf (each, an “Interface”). Communications include, but are not limited to:

(a) agreements and policies required to use the Services (e.g., this Consent, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and other agreements or policies required to facilitate any Service);

(b) payment authorizations and transaction receipts or confirmations;

(c) account statements, notices and other disclosures about Client’s Account;

(d) federal and state tax statements and documents (see “Tax Documents” below); and

(e) any other document the law requires Onramp to provide to Client in writing.

How Onramp delivers Communications and uses electronic signatures.

Communications that Onramp provides, or that Client signs or agrees to at Onramp’s request, may be provided in electronic form (“Electronic Records”), and Onramp may obtain electronic signatures from Client. Onramp may deliver Electronic Records by (i) email to the email address associated with Client’s Account, (ii) posting them on the Website or within the Platform or another Interface, or (iii) push or in-app notification. As provided in the Terms of Service, a Communication is considered received by Client within twenty-four (24) hours of the time it is posted to the Website, or pushed or emailed to Client.

Client should print or download a copy of each Electronic Record, including this Consent, for Client’s records.

Onramp may always deliver Communications on paper.

Onramp may always, in its sole discretion, provide Client with any Communication in writing or send it by U.S. mail or other means of delivery, even if Client has consented to receive Communications electronically. Onramp may require any information Client provides, or any document Client signs, to be delivered in writing.

You may request paper copies of electronic Communications.

Client may request a paper copy of any Electronic Record by emailing support@onrampbitcoin.com with (1) the subject line “Request Paper Copies,” (2) Client’s name and (3) a description of the Communication(s) requested. Onramp does not charge a fee for paper copies. If Client requests a paper copy, Onramp may treat the request as a withdrawal of this Consent, as described under “You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time” below. A request for a paper copy of a Tax Document is handled under “Tax Documents” below and is not treated as a withdrawal.

Client may refuse or withdraw this Consent at any time. Because Client’s use of the Services is conditioned on this Consent, Onramp will treat a refusal or withdrawal (other than a withdrawal limited to Tax Documents) as a cancellation of Client’s use of the Services and a closure of Client’s related Account(s), in accordance with the Terms of Service.

To withdraw, Client should email support@onrampbitcoin.com with (1) the subject line “Withdraw Electronic Consent,” (2) Client’s name and (3) a statement that Client withdraws this Consent. A withdrawal takes effect after Onramp has had a reasonable opportunity to act on it and does not affect the validity of Electronic Records provided before it takes effect.

You must keep your email address current.

Client must keep the email address associated with Client’s Account current. To update it, Client should contact support@onrampbitcoin.com. To protect Client’s Account, Onramp will verify the identity of the person making the request and the authenticity of the request before making any change, and may decline a request until Onramp is satisfied that it is authentic.

You must meet certain system requirements to access and retain Electronic Records.

To access and retain Electronic Records, Client will need:

  • Internet access and the most recent version of a supported internet browser;
  • The ability to access the Platform or another Interface;
  • A current version of a PDF reader;
  • A printer or other storage device;
  • An active email address; and
  • A computer or mobile device capable of supporting all of the requirements above.

If Client uses a spam filter that blocks or re-routes email from senders not in Client’s address book, Client must add support@onrampbitcoin.com to Client’s address book.

In some cases, Client may need a specific type of device that supports a particular software application, including an application for mobile devices. Onramp will tell Client when this is the case. By continuing to use electronic Communications after that notice, Client reaffirms this Consent.

If Onramp changes these hardware or software requirements and the change creates a material risk that Client will not be able to access or retain Electronic Records, Onramp will notify Client of the revised requirements.

There are additional rules for “Tax Documents.”

The terms above apply to the electronic delivery of tax forms and statements related to the Services (“Tax Documents”), together with the following:

  • Client is not required to consent to receive Tax Documents electronically. If Client does not consent, or withdraws consent, Onramp will furnish Tax Documents on paper by mail to Client’s address on file, and Client may continue to use the Services.
  • Client’s consent applies to every Tax Document Onramp is permitted to furnish electronically, now or in the future, until Client withdraws it.
  • Client may withdraw consent to electronic Tax Documents, without withdrawing consent to other Communications, by emailing support@onrampbitcoin.com with the subject line “Withdraw Electronic Tax Consent.” Onramp will confirm the withdrawal, and the date it takes effect, in writing. Withdrawal does not affect Tax Documents already furnished electronically.
  • Client may request a paper copy of any Tax Document furnished electronically by emailing support@onrampbitcoin.com with the subject line “Request Paper Tax Document.” A request for a paper copy of a Tax Document is not treated as a withdrawal of consent.
  • When a Tax Document is available, Onramp will notify Client by email with the subject line “IMPORTANT TAX RETURN DOCUMENT AVAILABLE.” Electronic Tax Documents will remain available on the Platform through October 15 of the year following the calendar year to which they relate.
  • Onramp may stop furnishing Tax Documents electronically. If it does, Onramp will furnish them on paper.
  • If Onramp changes the hardware or software required to access, print or retain Tax Documents, Onramp will notify Client and obtain Client’s renewed consent before furnishing further Tax Documents electronically.
  • Client may update information relevant to the delivery of Tax Documents using the procedures above.
