Genesis Program Terms

The Genesis Program is a limited-availability Promotional Program governed by the Promotional Programs section of the Onramp Terms of Service. By using the "GENESIS" code, accepting any benefit, or completing a qualifying activity below, you accept this specification and the Terms of Service as they apply to the Program. Capitalized terms are defined in the Main Terms.
Eligibility
Available to the first 210 net-new Onramp Finance clients who:
- Do not hold, and have not previously held, any Onramp account (MIC, IRA, Trade, Finance, Earn, or beta) as of Genesis enrollment.
- Complete Onramp onboarding, KYC/AML verification, and Bridge identity verification (for Earn).
- Use the "GENESIS" code at signup or identify as a Genesis participant to sales before account creation.
- Execute a qualifying Bitcoin trade of at least $100 through Onramp Finance within 30 days of account opening.
Benefits

| Complimentary MIC custody | 12-month MIC fee waiver, starting on first qualifying BTC deposit. Requires MIC account (Core or Private) opened and 2+ BTC deposited into the Main Vault within 30 days, and an active MIC account throughout the waiver period. Standard MIC fees resume thereafter. Trading, onboarding, network, and third-party fees are not waived. |
| Genesis Bitcoin Reward | One-time payout of 21,000 sats (0.00021 BTC). Paid in BTC to the Client's Trade Wallet in alignment with existing referral program payout timing. |

Program Period
The Program runs until the earlier of (a) enrollment of the 210th Genesis Client or (b) Onramp's discontinuation. Onramp may extend, shorten, or cancel at any time.
