Year-End 2026 Program Terms

Version 1.0 · Last updated October 12, 2026

The Year-End 2026 Program (the "Program") is a limited-time Promotional Program governed by Section 15 of the Onramp Terms of Service (the "Main Terms"). By using the HOME code, accepting any benefit, or completing a qualifying activity below, you accept this specification and the Main Terms as they apply to the Program. Capitalized terms are defined in the Main Terms.

Program Period

The Program runs from October 12, 2026 through December 31, 2026 (the "Program Period"), unless extended, shortened, or discontinued by Onramp. Onramp may extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the Program at any time.

Offer 1: First-Year Multi-Institution Custody Rate

  • Benefit. Core Multi-Institution Custody ("MIC") at $100/month or $1,000/year for the first 12 months of promotional billing, instead of standard Core pricing, as listed on the Onramp pricing page. After 12 months, the standard fee schedule for your account tier applies automatically.
  • Qualifying activity. Open your first MIC vault by December 31, 2026, using the HOME code at signup (or by telling your Onramp representative that you are a Program participant before the vault is opened), and set up a recurring buy on your account. The first purchase in your recurring buy schedule must execute to qualify. That first purchase carries the standard Onramp trading fee, and later purchases in the schedule carry no Onramp trading fee.
  • Billing start. The promotional rate starts with the first billing run after your vault is active and the first purchase in your recurring buy schedule has executed. Any billing period before then is charged at the standard rate.
  • Balance limit. The rate applies to vaults holding up to 25 BTC. If a vault holds more than 25 BTC at opening or during the promotional year, Onramp may apply standard pricing or other terms at its discretion.
  • Keeping your recurring buy. Onramp checks once, when the promotional rate starts, that the first purchase in your recurring buy schedule has executed. If you later pause or cancel your recurring buy, the promotional rate stays in place for the rest of the promotional year.
  • Scope. The rate applies to MIC custody fees only. One-time buy fees, onboarding fees, Bitcoin network fees, and third-party fees are not included. Section 6.1 of the Main Terms (billing, tiers, and annual plans) continues to apply.

Offer 2: Friends and Family Trading Fee Rebate

  • Who qualifies. A new client who (a) is referred during the Program Period by an existing Onramp client in good standing and names that client in the referral field at signup, or (b) received a written offer of this benefit from an Onramp team member on or after October 1, 2026, and buys bitcoin through Onramp during the Program Period.
  • Benefit. A rebate of the trading fee charged on your first $10,000 of bitcoin purchases made during the Program Period, at the basis-point rate you were charged. For example, at the standard 0.85% one-time buy rate, the rebate is up to $85. Only purchases that carried a fee count toward the $10,000.
  • How it works. Standard trading fees are charged at the time of each purchase. This is a rebate paid after the Program Period ends, not a fee waiver or discount. Onramp pays the rebate in bitcoin (equivalent to the USD value on the date of payout) to your Trade Wallet by January 31, 2027. Your account must be open and in good standing at payout.
  • The Referrer and Referee requirements in Section 12 of the Main Terms apply, including the limits on self-referral and duplicate accounts.

Eligibility

To take part, you must:

  • Be an individual who meets Onramp's standard account eligibility requirements;
  • Complete Onramp onboarding and KYC/AML verification;
  • For Offer 1, be new to Onramp, or be an existing Onramp Finance client opening your first MIC vault;
  • For Offer 2(a), be new to Onramp: you do not hold, and have not previously held, any Onramp account, as described in Section 12.1.

IRA and Business or entity accounts are not eligible. Clients who received a benefit under the Back to Basics or Genesis programs are not eligible. Limit one promotional MIC rate per client. Additional vaults are billed at standard pricing. Onramp may, at its discretion, extend the Offer 1 rate to other clients, including anyone who received a written offer of it from an Onramp team member before the Program Period began.

Combining Offers

Offers 1 and 2 may be combined. Program benefits cannot be combined with any other Onramp promotional program (including Back to Basics and Genesis), with custom or individually negotiated fee rates, or with other fee waivers, except as stated here. The referring client may still earn the standard Section 12 Referrer reward, and a referred client who qualifies for Offer 2 may also earn the standard Section 12 Referee reward.

No Cash Value

Program benefits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits. The only exception is the Offer 2 rebate, which is paid in bitcoin as described above.

Taxes

The Offer 1 rate is a fee discount, and the Offer 2 rebate is a refund of trading fees already paid. Neither is a payment. Clients are solely responsible for their own tax obligations and should consult a qualified tax professional.

Discretionary Nature; Modification; Clawback

All Program benefits are discretionary promotional incentives. They are not guaranteed, are not interest or yield, and are not FDIC- or SIPC-insured. Onramp may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any benefit at any time. Under Section 15 of the Main Terms, Onramp may deny, revoke, or claw back benefits in cases of fraud, abuse, identity misrepresentation, use of the HOME code by an ineligible party, account termination for AML, sanctions, or acceptable-use violations, failure to maintain eligibility during a benefit period, or any benefit awarded in error. Pausing or canceling a recurring buy after the Offer 1 rate starts is not a failure to maintain eligibility and is not grounds to revoke or claw back that rate.

Not Investment Advice

Nothing in this Program is investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold bitcoin. Bitcoin is volatile.
